Q: Do i need to vacuum my carpets before you arrive?

A: Yes, I suggest that a light vacuuming of the rooms before we arrive will help us achieve the best results.

 

Q: How long does it take to clean my carpets?

A: Depending on how soiled the carpets are dictates the time it will take to clean.  Usually it will take 20 minutes per room.   

 

Q: Will you move all my furniture?

A: Of course, any heavy furniture we will move using our furniture sliders. We do suggest that you move any electrical items, plants, lamps and any other smaller items prior to our arrival. We also provide upholstery cleaning in Keston too.

 

Q: How long does it take for my carpets to dry?

A: Drying time is effected by many different factors. If the humidity, temperature and air flow is ideal your carpets should be dry within 2 hours.

 

Q: Can you guarantee all stains will be removed?

A: We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed in our 10 step cleaning process. Sometimes carpet fibres can discolour, making it impossible to return the carpet to its original colour.
